This repair consists of 4” x 4” or 6” x 6” treated posts that run perpendicular to the floor joists, with adjustable floor jacks on solid 8” blocks or 24” x 24” x 8” concrete footers. This system allows us to adjust and level sagging floors at affordable cost to the homeowner. These jacks have a 9,000-18,000 lbs. capacity based on the adjusted setting.
